Consignors are charged a seller's fee based on the prices realized at auction and calculated per lot according to the following schedule:

Sold Coins - Price Realized Fee $2,001 or more 4% $750 to $2,000 6% $6 to $749 8% ($5 minimum)

Unsold Coins - Price Realized Fee Seller places Buyback Calculated on Buyback bid. 5% ($5 minimum, $100 maximum) Seller does not place Buyback FREE

Sold Currency - Price Realized Fee $2,001 or more 6% $750 to $2,000 8% $6 to $749 10% ($5 minimum)

Unsold Currency - Price Realized Fee Seller places Buyback Calculated on Buyback bid. 5% ($5 minimum, $100 maximum) Seller does not place Buyback FREE

Guaranteed Sold Program™  

Relist your coins and currency in up to two additional auctions for free! At the time of consigning your coins/currency, select "Yes" to the Guaranteed Sold Program. In the event they do not sell the first time round, we will relist your coins/currency in up to two of our next available auctions for no additional unsold fees. If your coins/currency sell in one of these additional auctions, you will only pay a seller's fee.

Handling fees (including postage) are added to the amount due according to the following schedule:

Teletrade does not enter minimums or reserves on behalf of consignors. Consignors are permitted to bid on their own coins, but they must do so by placing Buyback bids no later than one hour before the auction begins (see "Maximum Bidding" instructions on how to enter Buyback Bids). Consignors will be charged a flat 5% fee (minimum $5) on their full Buyback bid on any lots bought back in this manner. The maximum fee for any Buyback lot is $100.

All coins/notes that are returned to the consignor after not selling, whether it be after one, two or three auctions will be assessed the following charge based on how many lots are returned. This charge includes shipping and postal insurance.

Consignor Coin/Currency Return Fee (per shipment) $15 (up to 10 lots) plus $5 per each additional 10 lots.

Teletrade^® welcomes payment by check, money order, Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

Please note: Payment by personal check may hold shipment of coins/notes until funds have cleared, usually 10 business days.


Payment by Paypal:


Login to the Teletrade^® website, and click "Account Information" in the top right navigation. Type in the auction number and select the "Which lots you won and amount you owe" option, and click submit. You will see the lots and total of the amount you owe for that particular auction. At this point, click on the "Pay By Paypal" button. This will take you to the Paypal login page where you will be prompted to login to your Paypal account and complete the transaction. Please note, all Paypal login information is submitted on the Paypal website and is not disclosed to Teletrade^®.


Payment by Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover:


Login to the Teletrade^® website, and click "Account Information" in the top right navigation. Type in the auction number and select the "Which lots you won and amount you owe" option, and click submit. You will see the lots and total of the amount you owe for that particular auction. At this point, select "Pay By Credit Card" button. This will take you to the payment page where you can enter your credit card securely.
